Terms of Service

By creating a reading, signing in, or subscribing to FounderZodiac, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use FounderZodiac.

FounderZodiac generates astrology, numerology, and Chinese-zodiac based readings for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings — including anything from Ask Your Chart, Daily Updates, or Compare Charts — are not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Make your own decisions.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account (and any device signed into it) secure. Sign-in is passwordless (a magic link sent to your email) — anyone with access to your email can access your account, so keep your inbox secure.

• The free Founder Archetype reading requires no payment or account.
• Paid plans (Weekly or Annual) are billed and processed by our payment partner, Whop, and renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancel any time from your Profile page via “Manage subscription” — you keep access through the end of your current paid period, then it won’t renew.
• Refunds, trial terms, and payment-method changes are handled through Whop’s own billing portal and policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal.
• Attempt to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload Ask Your Chart or any other part of the service.
• Impersonate someone else, or submit another person’s birth details without their knowledge (see Compare Charts below).
• Interfere with the service’s normal operation or attempt to bypass subscription gating.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Compare Charts lets you enter a second person’s birth details to generate a compatibility reading. By using this feature, you represent that you have that person’s knowledge and consent to enter their information.

Readings and chat responses are generated with the help of AI (OpenAI), grounded in deterministic chart facts we compute ourselves. AI output can be inaccurate or repetitive — treat it as entertainment, not fact, and verify anything important independently.

We own FounderZodiac’s app, design, and brand. The readings generated for your account are yours to use personally; you don’t get any rights to our underlying software, prompts, or brand assets.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page, which permanently erases your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms, operating the service safely, or legal reasons.

FounderZodiac is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reading will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderZodiac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for decisions made based on a reading.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FounderZodiac is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do; continuing to use FounderZodiac after a change means you accept the updated terms.
